Alaska court refuses to shut down Palin probe

there are also issues in regards to information on Palins ex brother in law that is sealed, but some how someone in Palins party had it and was using it to try to fire her ex brother in law. So someone in her camp broke the law. The 65,000 question is who is going to fall on the sword for this. Palin professes to be a Christian, first of all not everyone that says Lord, Lord will enter the Kingdom of Heaven only those that do the will of the Father. One of the commandments also say that we shouldn't bare false witness, and she is also doing that.

We really need to do something about these Judges playing politics it's getting ridiculous now.  I understand if she did something wrong ok she has to pay but the timing and the forcefulness is just too much.

No interviews for Palin, whats to hide? No investigation, whats to hide. Any sane and rational person would wonder whats up?????????

It is pretty sad that John McCain calls himself a "maverick" yet he has the women do all the dirty work!  He even has his wife - the barbie wanna be - attacking Obama with false accusations!  How sad is that? Mr. I'm a military hero (his own claim) can't even stand up to the man he is lying about on a daily basis! He is such a coward - he has women fight his dirty battle for him!  Much like Bush is making the men & women of this country fight "his" lie of a war!  John McCain you should be ashamed of yourself - you should be embarrassed to even call yourself a man! What is next? Is your young daughter going to take the stage and fight your battles for you? Since you are losing this fight you act as all the rest of the republicans before you - much like Bush - play dirty! Get as much dirt as you can, add your own lies and wicked little twists to it - then shove it down the american peoples throats until they can't stand it anymore!  Guess what Johnny boy, we can't stand it anymore! That is why you are losing this fight faster than you can make up more lies about Obama!  Only a coward fights dirty, only a loser that is less of a man has his wife & someone as idiotic as Sarah Palin throw your tainted punches at another man for you, only a lying - backstabbing - poor excuse of a human being acts the way you are acting in this campaign! I was all for you at the beginning Johnny boy - but your failed attempts to win this campaign by lying to the American people have completely turned me off from you! Your ploy to make Palin your running mate due to her gender & nothing else is now coming back to bite you in the ass and it should! Actually, it's Palin herself & her actions, lies, & evil ways that are biting you in your ass! You didn't do your due diligence when selecting her - you rushed it without looking into her past & present misdealing that surround her. You couldn't find anyone else that would join your ban-wagon of lies so you picked her last minute before your people could come back to you and tell you what a mess she was!  You had to learn it along with the rest of the country - I bet that had to hurt huh? I hope it did - I hope you have a lot of hurt follow you around for a very long time for trying to smear a good man's name. I wouldn't set back and let you get away with either, I don't believe anyone in their right mind would allow such an attack on themselves!  You are not a "Maverick" Mr. McCain - you are a poor excuse for a side kick at best! I notice your daughter keeps her head hung low a lot of times while on the stage with you, or she seems to be hunching down - it's a crying shame when your own daughter is ashamed of who you have become!  America will not allow you to win this election based on lies, and smear campaigns!  We have been down that road too many times before.  We allowed ourselves to believe the lies that republicans use to win when they are losing. Just because you are too ignorant to figure out how to use your email or the internet, does not mean the rest of the world is!  We lacked that knowledge in the past when politicians played dirty, like I said; we allowed ourselves to believe the lies - but now we can actually find the truth for ourselves.  We do not have to be ignorant unless we so choose, and yes, Mr. McCain there are a few people who still allow themselves to remain ignorant & believe your lies or help to spread them - like your wife & the Palins and the few of your followers!  The rest of us Mr. McCain are educated well enough to think for ourselves & make our own decisions based on our own findings - not yours or your pathetic wife's! She wants to eat off the White House china so bad she will do anything to get there! Maybe if she spent less time in the plastic surgeons office and more time helping this country with all of her money - she wouldn't be looked upon as, as big a joke as you! The only reason Sinner Sarah Palin is trying to push all these lies is because she is hoping it will take the heat off of her investigation of what a total failure she is as governor!

This is long, but very important, please take the time to read it.  It addresses a lot of the questions we have all been asking…..

This election has me very worried.  So many things to consider.  About a year ago I would have voted for Obama. I have changed my mind three times since than.  I watch all the news channels, jumping from one to another.  I must say this drives my husband crazy.  But, I feel if you view MSNBC, CNN, and Fox News, you might get some middle ground to work with.  About six months ago, I started thinking, 'Where did the money come from for Obama?' I have four daughters who went to College, and we were middle class, and money was tight.  We (including my girls) worked hard and there were lots of student loans.

I started looking into Obama's life.  

Around 1979 Obama started college at Occidental in California .  He is very open about his two years at Occidental, he tried all kinds of drugs and was wasting his time but, even though he had a brilliant mind, did not apply himself to his studies. 'Barry' (that was the name he used all his life) during this time had two roommates, Muhammad Hasan Chandoo and Wahid Hamid, both from Pakistan .  During the summer of 1981, after his second year in college, he made a 'round the world' trip.  Stopping to see his mother in Indonesia , next Hyderabad in India , three weeks in Karachi , Pakistan , where he stayed with his roommate's family, then off to Africa to visit his father's family.  My question - Where did he get the money for this trip? NeIther I, nor any one of my children would have had money for a trip like this when they where in college.  When he came back he started school at Columbia University in New York .  It is at this time he  wants everyone to call him Barack - not Barry.  Do you know what the tuition is at Columbia ?  It's not cheap to say the least!   Where did he get money for tuition?  Student Loans?  Maybe.  After Columbia , he went to Chicago to work as a Community Organizer for $12,000 a year.  Why Chicago ?  Why not New York ? He was already living in New York .

By 'chance' he met  Antoin 'Tony' Rezko, born in Aleppo , Syria , and a real estate developer in Chicago .  Rezko has been convicted of fraud and bribery this year.  Rezko, was named 'Entrepreneur of the Decade' by the Arab-American Business and Professional Association'.  About two years later, Obama entered Harvard Law School .  Do you have any idea what tuition is for Harvard Law School ?  Where did he get the money for Law School ?  More student loans?  After Law school, he went back to Chicago .  Rezko offered him a job, which he turned down.  But, he did take a job with Davis, Miner, Barnhill & Galland.  Guess what?  They represented 'Rezar' which is Rezko's firm.  Rezko was one of Obama's first major financial contributors when he ran for office in Chicago .  In 2003, Rezko threw an early fundraiser for Obama which Chicago Tribune reporter David Mendelland claims was instrumental in providing Obama with 'seed money'  for his U.S. Senate race.  In 2005, Obama purchased a new home in Kenwoood District of Chicago for $1.65 million (less than asking price).  With ALL those Student Loans - Where did he get the money for the property?  On the same day Rezko's wife, Rita, purchased the adjoining empty lot for full price.  The London Times reported that Nadhmi Auchi, an Iraqi-born Bill ionaire loaned Rezko $3.5 million three weeks before Obama's new home was purchased.  Obama met Nadhmi Auchi many times with Rezko.

Now, we have Obama running for President.  Valerie Jarrett, was Michele Obama's boss.  She is now Obama's chief advisor and he does not make any major decisions without talking to her first.  Where was Jarrett born?  Ready for this?  Shiraz , Iran !  Do we see a pattern here?  Or am I going crazy?

On May 10, 2008, The Times reported, Robert Malley, advisor to Obama, was 'sacked' after the press found out he was having regular contacts with 'Hamas', which controls Gaza and is connected with Iran .  This past week, buried in the back part of the papers, Iraqi newspapers reported that during Obama's visit to Iraq, he asked their leaders to do nothing about the war until after he is elected, and he will 'Take care of things'.  

Oh, and by the way, remember the college roommates that where born in Pakistan ?  They are in charge of all those 'small' Internet campaign contributions for Obama.  Where is that money coming from?  The poor and middle class in this country?  Or could it be from the Middle East ?  

And the final bit of news.  On September 7, 2008, The Washington Times posted a verbal slip that was made on 'This Week' with George Stephanapoulos.  Obama on talking about his religion said, 'My Muslim faith'.  When questioned, 'he made a mistake'.  Some mistake!

McCain's behind in the polls and Caribou Barbie hasn't been able to turn it around for him like they thought she would when she was first brought on board.  This could be the perfect opportunity for them to replace her on the ticket and try to pull this election out of their ass at the last minute.  I don't know who they could pick to replace her that would do the trick, though.  Huckabee? Dog-torturing Romney?  Bloomberg?

hmmmmm   looks as if Failin Palin is gonna have to do some "s'plainin"   to do tomorrow.   Seems she has been "pallin"  around with some terrorists.  LOL  So who really is  Sarah Palin  ?   That question is never asked,  cause most people already know the answer.   An empty headed  dummy  who sits on John's knee and repeats  what he tells her to .  If this weren't so friggin  sad and embarrassing it would be funny   ,  but  I just can't force myself to laugh .

Oct. 07, 2008 | "My government is my worst enemy. I'm going to fight them with any means at hand."

This was former revolutionary terrorist Bill Ayers back in his old Weather Underground days, right? Imagine what Sarah Palin is going to do with this incendiary quote as she tears into Barack Obama this week.

Only one problem. The quote is from Joe Vogler, the raging anti-American who founded the Alaska Independence Party. Inconveniently for Palin, that's the very same secessionist party that her husband, Todd, belonged to for seven years and that she sent a shout-out to as Alaska governor earlier this year. ("Keep up the good work," Palin told AIP members. "And God bless you.")

AIP chairwoman Lynette Clark told me recently that Sarah Palin is her kind of gal. "She's Alaskan to the bone ... she sounds just like Joe Vogler."

So who are these America-haters that the Palins are pallin' around with?

Before his strange murder in 1993, party founder Vogler preached armed insurrection against the United States of America. Vogler, who always carried a Magnum with him, was fond of saying, "When the [federal] bureaucrats come after me, I suggest they wear red coats. They make better targets. In the federal government are the biggest liars in the United States, and I hate them with a passion. They think they own [Alaska]. There comes a time when people will choose to die with honor rather than live with dishonor. That time may be coming here. Our goal is ultimate independence by peaceful means under a minimal government fully responsive to the people. I hope we don't have to take human life, but if they go on tramping on our property rights, look out, we're ready to die."

This quote is from "Coming Into the Country," by John McPhee, who traipsed around Alaska's remote gold mining country with Vogler for his 1991 book. The violent-tempered secessionist vowed to McPhee that if any federal official tried to stop him from polluting Alaska's rivers with his earth-moving equipment, he would "run over him with a Cat and turn mosquitoes loose on him while he dies."

Vogler wasn't just a blowhard either. He put his secessionist ideas into action, working to build AIP membership to 20,000 -- an impressive figure by Alaska standards -- and to elect party member Walter Hickel as governor in 1990.

Vogler's greatest moment of glory was to be his 1993 appearance before the United Nations to denounce United States "tyranny" before the entire world and to demand Alaska's freedom. The Alaska secessionist had persuaded the government of Iran to sponsor his anti-American harangue.

That's right ... Iran. The Islamic dictatorship. The taker of American hostages. The rogue nation that McCain and Palin have excoriated Obama for suggesting we diplomatically engage. That Iran.

AIP leaders allege that Vogler, who was murdered that year by a fellow secessionist, was taken out by powerful forces in the U.S. before he could reach his U.N. platform. "The United States government would have been deeply embarrassed," by Vogler's U.N. speech, darkly suggests Clark. "And we can't have that, can we?"

The Republican ticket is working hard this week to make Barack Obama's tenuous connection to graying, '60s revolutionary Bill Ayers a major campaign issue. But the Palins' connection to anti-American extremism is much more central to their political biographies.

Imagine the uproar if Michelle Obama was revealed to have joined a black nationalist party whose founder preached armed secession from the United States and who enlisted the government of Iran in his cause? The Obama campaign would probably not have survived such an explosive revelation. Particularly if Barack Obama himself was videotaped giving the anti-American secessionists his wholehearted support just months ago.

Where's the outrage, Sarah Palin has been asking this week, in her attacks on Obama's fuzzy ties to Ayers? The question is more appropriate when applied to her own disturbing associations.

1989- Cindy McCain became addicted to Percocet and Vicodin, opioid painkillers. The addiction progressed to where she was taking upwards of twenty pills a day, and she resorted to having an American Voluntary Medical Team (AVMT) physician write illegal prescriptions.

1993- An AVMT employee, who had discovered her illegal drug use, was terminated on budgetary grounds. Subsequently, he tipped off the Drug Enforcement Administration, and a federal investigation ensued resulting in Cindy McCain paying the costs of the government's investigation, and enrolling in a diversion program. and doing community service. In a move that critics described as a preemptive strike, Cindy McCain publicly revealed her past addiction: "Although my conduct did not result in compromising any missions of AVMT, my actions were wrong, and I regret them."

1994-The former AVMT employee filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against Cindy McCain, which he told her he would settle for $250,000. In response, her lawyer characterized this request as blackmail and requested that officials investigate the former AVMT employee for extortion. In the end, both the former AVMT employee lawsuit and the extortion investigation against him were dropped.

The Bailout bill.  Section 401&402 What dose it mean for the US CITIZEN? Please do not let A.D.D. detour what we as educated adults are going to have to under go, It's now law!  This and all the other sections have not been explained. It is like signing a contract and not reading it. Again, please inquire about ALL the sections in the bail out bill, I have not gotten any information as of 10-09-2008 on any of them. Why is this so hard? I have listen to the, but the B.S. smoke screen IS NOT DEFINING THE ACTION PLAN. Give me some information, with 2 degrees I am sure I will UNDERSTAND. This understanding will help define the choices we all choose in the near future. ASK MORE QUESTIONS, PLEASE.
